WELCOME…

to the official Cross Oak Ranch website. This site will inform residents of Cross Oak Ranch about the developments, activities and upcoming events that will support growth and enhance the community’s future.  We invite you to check back often so you can stay current with new announcements.

In addition, this website is also intended to solicit your support as a partner in the progress of Cross Oak Ranch.  As a partner, it is essential that each homeowner equally participate by making Cross Oak Ranch successful.  The success of an Association is not only measured in multiple social events, manicured landscape, or extravagant pool facilities, but with the universal participation of paying dues among all residents which facilitate and propels the Association’s assets.  Without equal dues participation among all residents, enjoyable amenities at Cross Oak Ranch would unfortunately be minimized.  Please assist us in help making your Cross Oak Ranch Homeowner Association enjoyable for all existing and future residents.

Please review each of the articles so you can assist with the forward progress being made.

Thank you.

DUES

Every home owner should have received the statement for the upcoming six months of dues to the Home Owners Association, which may include any past due accounts.  Your prompt payment will ensure that there is sufficient operating funds to take care of the property, irrigation, fall color and other expenses.  It also will ensure that a late payment is not applied to your account.

THE POOL OPENS MAY 22 AT 10:00AM.  With Memorial Day approaching, we wish to remind all residents of Cross Oak Ranch HOA that the pools will be available to all residents who are current on their financial obligations with the HOA.  The amenities of Cross Oak Ranch HOA are a privilege supported by the residents of the community in accordance with the terms included in the purchase agreement signed upon the closing of their home in Cross Oak Ranch.  To be fair to all residents, access to the amenities will be restricted to those residents who have been responsible to support the maintenance of these facilities. READ THE ANNOUNCEMENT.
