Third Amendment to the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Cross Oak Ranch.

Signs must be ordered through the Homeowners Association Office in McKinney.  Payment for these signs must be obtained at the time of the order.

An order form has been attached for your convenience.  Please contact your realtor and make them aware of this new policy.  Having all real estate signs look the same will give Cross Oak Ranch an appearance of uniformity that will help maintain the appearance and value of your neighborhood.

We understand that it will take some time for homeowners who already have their homes on the market to contact their realtor and have the signs replaced.  Keeping that in mind, we will not begin enforcing this new amendment until November 1, 2007.  After that time, however, any signs that do not comply with this new amendment may be picked up for removal.
